Funny this site aint it. When you deposit you get a spin of the wheel. The wheel gives points to spend in the shop so i get free spins with these points. So why is it EVERY time i play these spins that are CAPPED at a low amount you always win massive amounts. Get multiple bonus. Get lots of 5 of a kind but soon as you play with cash or your deposit you get absolute JACK 0. BIGGEST SCAMMING SITE!!! AVOID CORRUPT AS HELL. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE GAMBLING COMMISION ON UNFAIR AND CORRUPT GAMEPLAY!!! DISGRACE SITE.

So I’m a big reader on trust pilot and read all the reviews some made me real worried and anxious but I withdrew 951 pound saterday and tue night it was in my account 700 of that I won so I do believe it’s not for everyone but I struggle to find an issue I called customer service answered on all calls and was told when my money will arrive thanks wink and Thankyou for my win ??

On behalf of my wife , who has been a loyal player for over 10 years depositing significant amounts in the process, after a serious win on the 13th December we have received nothing! Customer services are terrible lack of communication, going round in circles providing proof of identity which has already been provided and verified ! We have been lied too about authentication and verification as one team doesn't seem to communicate with the other, and are still waiting on a withdrawal from 13th December. Weve had enough, unless someone responds to this message confirming the winnings have been sent we have no other option but to pursue Wink Bingo for fraudulently witholding requested funds. After winning and providing all the information requested which weve since had written confirmation the security team has verified our details so there should be no further delay in payout so there is no reason for you not to pay out. This is completely unacceptable, I expect an urgent response here, no more excuses pay the money that has been won or we will have no other choice than to pursue Wink Bingo for the monies owed.

Still waiting for my withdrawal. Live chat dosnt let you send a message! Phone numbers are not in use!! I am still owed £100 since October! Now £80… am feeling that they are not being fare. Just want wants owed to me. I won’t be playing this site again if my funds don’t go in.. isn’t right that people are getting ripped off!!!

Have made 3 withdrawals and only received one which was the lower amount as I noticed my sort code was wrong and changed it had an email to say a withdrawal back in July had been returned I paid have sent in bank statement email they sent me been back and forth for over a week now as I made a withdrawal of 1500 that I haven’t received either but they saying has been wire transferred even though I have checked the sort code account number they had at the time and it don’t belong to anyone so I know it hasn’t been paid just not getting anywhere at all looking to raise it as a scan through my bank and claim back what I have put in to wink slots

Stay well clear, they will not release my funds because I no longer own an old bank card as my wallet was stolen. I have deposited with a new bank card for months and months but they won't accept it in my verification process.My withdrawal is 6000. Corrupt website stay away.

The worst website ever!!! In fact im writing this review while waiting to be connected to one of their agents because last one has hang up on me when i catchhim lying serval times. They have asked me for picture of my card which i send it with my bank details etc. It took them 3 days to tell me that they were unable to do my transfer because they didnt had my bank details!! Also when i called them yesterday at 6pm ive been told that my funds have been processed at 1pm just to be told today that funds have came back to them at 3pm. Bunch of lies!!!! Stay away from this website. There is plenty where your funds can be with you in an hour

Wink bingo withdrawals are so slow, whether it be a small amount or large sometimes taking more than a week really needs to be quicker after being a loyal customer I am gonna restrict my account and join a different site just get fobbed off with support not very helpful at all.

Posted a review on the 17th August 2022 and received a response from Wink Bingo asking for my username which was on all previous emails and they would look into my account, this i did and here we are on the 1st September 2022 and still no response, their customer support is a complete waste of time, all i can say to those who read this review is, STAY WELL CLEAR OF WINK BINGO !!!!

I like to play on wink bingo and I have won quite a few times, on Friday 12th august 2022 yesterday I won 2,500 I withdrew and will be in my bank on Monday night, I won 500 on Monday night and was in my bank on Tuesday night. Very good site and pays out within 2 business working days. Doesn’t include weekends.

Requested withdrawal on the 4th spoke so live chat who said they had to reposses whe withdrawal on the 6th.emailed them again and they replied on the 12th saying payment has been sent today (12th) still mo money in account
Update still no money spoke to wink a couple more times they said the had a problems there side and my money was resent on the 13th and should of been in my account latest yesterday

Of all the sites I've tried i think winkbingo is the best. The CH have always been friendly. You can as I have win decent prize amounts on both bingo and slots. This is the only site that I have managed to win £40 from a 20p game, I put in no more than £3 to activate that. Yesterday I submitted my first withdrawal request, I will update you when it arrives. Update- my withdrawal really was no fuss and completed much quicker than their email stated.

It's a good site for games, iv had a bit of a win but iv still not received my money after 5 days. Maybe your agents should work at weekends on the cashier side, then we might get paid out allot quicker. I know all about the time frame, it seriously needs to be changed to what the other sites have.

Stay away! The slots used to be pretty good, been playing fluffy favourites over 4yrs but the last year or so they've been constantly lowering the % chance of winning and as of today your chances are ZERO. The big payouts are fixed so it's always 1 off, Your balance also changes before the roll finishes, win or loose!!! Tell me, how the hell can that happen unless its fixed!?? Out of £700 over a week biggest win was £5.20. I'll be spending my money elsewhere & definitely done with these scammers.

I won £200 on the 12Feb and its 18Feb now still not received my winning money.. i have emailed several times but no reply i have use their live chat they cant do much… they said its upto 3 days been waiting more than 3 days still nothing.. if i knew that withdrawal process will take forever compare to other online games. I wouldn’t use this site
